Dr. North is experienced an incredible knowledgeable about pain management and pain management research. He is kind and thoughtful as well as practiced and competent. If you are considering a stimulator, he is literally ranked one of the best implant surgeons in the country.

Dr north is a kind caring physician who is at the top of crps research. My wife and I believe he saved her life through her ordeal with chronic pain. He genuinely cares about his patients! AAAAAAA+++++++

My first time to this place today and I seen James North. Before even being examined i was already being offered injections by the nurse. Dr.North came in and thought he was doing me a big justice by offering me a medicine I already have with a hot swim as a bonus. Lol this place seemed to be a joke. I dont even give 1 star

Dr.North changed my life! Before December 15,2012 when he put me in an eight day Ketamine infusion induced coma for R.S.D I was being tortured by pain that surpassed any level of ten that I have ever felt before and it never let up.I felt like my brain was coming out of my skull.I was mostly bedridden, could not tolerate touch,air,temperature change,cold,movement ,just laying still hurt,sharp stabbing pains that never let up.I could go on and on about all the symptoms and every procedure I had tried along with a lot of medicines that came no where close to helping me out .Duke Hospital told me I was the worse case that they had ever seen with R.S.D. and sent me on my way.I thank God for Dr. North and the ketamine infusions I can finally she my grandchildren and touch them after a long nine years.I will always be greatful to Dr.North for giving me a much better life living with R.S.D.

Dr. North is a great Doctor, but unfortunately the Accounts Manager controls who sees the Doctor. If you have a balance on your account of $50, yet paid out Thousands of dollars through health insurance and cash, over the years , the Accounts Manager will block your appointment or medical procedure until the small balance is paid. You will spend a longer time in pain because the Accounts Manager will not allow you to see Dr. North.
