DR Britt is great but my apt was 315p I waited to see him 420pm and we close the office after 5p after the resculder was gone home not next apt made. now still have trouble reschulding apt. I was to be seen in 1wk.is been 5wks going 6wks

For Dr. John Willis: An outstanding doctor who has been of immense help in resolving my hearing challenges. Dr. Willis is astute, reflective, caring and extremely proficient in diagnosing otolaryngologic related ailments. Having flown jets in the military, I knew my hearing was impaired. Dr. Willis' thorough assessment of my condition and prescribed recovery plan has worked wonders for my hearing. His attention to detail leaves no room for overlooking any non symptomatic issues. Dr. Willis handles himself with great competence and confidence and answers every question with diplomacy and deep knowledge based on his impressive experience. I have the highest regard for his judgment and advice - it is outstanding. It is an honor to recommend his practice to anyone who cares about improving their hearing. He is simply the best. My whole family has seen Dr Maxwell and he is great with children and adults. Have recently been seen for emergency nosebleeds and have seen Dr’s. Britt, Scurry and Willis and every one of them were nice caring and explained everything. Dr’s Britt and Maxwell are the best!

I was so pleased with my experience with this practice ... they helped and accommodated me with an emergency nose bleed situation. Everyone was so nice and of course my wallet was in my other purse and they just took that in stride and still cared about me and my situation. I met with Dr. Willis and he was thorough with his explanation and did a great job with cauterization, which was so much better compared to my previous ENT. It was less painful! I hope it does the trick, but if I ever need them again, I would come back here because I felt like I was in good hands!!! Thank you PENTA!! 😊
