Dr. John Willis is a top-notch physician. I visited Dr. Willis because for the last few years I felt like something small was stuck in the back of my throat. Dr. Willis did a thorough examination including running a scope up my nose, down my throat to see the back of my tonsils. After finding nothing irregular, Dr. Willis had me verbally walk him through my work and home environments. He found the likely cause and I can say from experience that very few docs would have taken the time. Dr. Willis is certainly one of the best docs out there.

Dr. Willis has great bedside manner and was prompt in providing feedback on my results. He is knowledgeable and I plan to continue to see him for my future visits

I saw Dr. Willis the first time in 2018 and did auditory tests. There was nothing found and the vertigo eventually went away, so I did not go back until just recently. I have had two bouts with vertigo in the last few months. My PCP sent me Dr. Willis with the note that I thought it was my sinuses. When I get to the office, nobody asked me anything but took me up to apparently do the same test again, which I declined. I was advised that the office would set me up for a CT scan that week. No one called, so I called today, 2/15. I get a call back from Allison who starts asking me questions that she should have asked the doctor prior to calling me. Then, she acted as if they had not called me because they had to get approval from the insurance company. She got angry when I asked if they had called the insurance, to which she finally had to answer "No". When someone tells me they will do something, I expect them to do it. I will be going elsewhere for my treatment.

Dr. John Willis exceptional. After 20 plus years switched to him as my new ENT DR and he knew right away what would keep chronic SINUSITIS at bay. No sinusitis this year 2020. Staff friendly and very attentive.

My son has been a patient for 4 years. I became a patient soon after. Dr. Willis has amazing bedside manner. He is thorough and his procedures are effective! I have several rare health issues and he researches and goes the extra mile to find a solution to my issues.

Dr. Willis was personable, professional and thorough. He explained things clearly, answered my questions fully, and was very competent with the procedures performed. I was put at ease and never felt rushed. His staff was equally pleasant and professional.
