Acts like he listens, but does not hear. Spends all his time entering data in his laptop . Upon picking up my prescriptions I found that he had actually increased dosage for a medication that I had specifically told him I had a negative reaction to. No bedside manner , curt, condescending.

I really love the call back feature as it is very respectful of everyone's time. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Dr. Powers actively listened to my problem, evaluated, analyzed test results and worked with me to ensure a positive outcome. This is a truly phenomenal group.
