Dr Maxwell was kind and so knowledgeable. He did not rush and explained in detail what was going on with my ears. I highly recommend him for complex and unusual ear disorders.

I had many yrs of problems after finishing Chemo & Radiation. One of them being memory changes. Dr. Maxwell took the time to check meds given for Chemo . Researched these and gave me a diagnosis that fit the symptoms. Not a cure but understanding of symptoms & ways to combat them. Eternally great ful for his presence in my life.

I tried to get help from him for a similar issue after he did surgery for me and he pretty much blew me off since the surgery. I really needed help. I needed my doctors to believe in the symptoms I was having but he and other doctors associated with him didn’t want to seem to help me and I had to go elsewhere. Heart breaking.

I've never felt more comfortable with a group of people than here. The entire "family" was so welcoming, they made me feel cared for and made sure all of my answers were questioned before and after my tonsillectomy. Dr. Maxwell did such an amazing job, I healed rather quickly within a week and returned to work only a few days after my surgery. From check-in to check-out, every member I came into contact with treated me with genuine respect. Would recommend coming here to get any type of procedure done. :)

Dr. Maxwell is an excellent doctor and surgeon. I was recommended to him after visiting two other ents that did not have experience with my diagnosis. Dr.Maxwell has very successfully completed a stapendectomy and implant to improve my hearing. He and the entire staff are wonderful I am filled with gratitude by their expertise and kindness. Highly recommended

Dr. Maxwell performed the surgery for my cholesteatoma as well as a follow-up surgery several months later. He has a very calm and professional demeanor and I never doubted for a second that I was in good hands. The results speak for themselves as my hearing has almost fully returned and I have no traces of recurrence.

After years of not being able to hear out of my left ear, I went in for an implant, I woke up and I could hear everything! It was an amazing experience. My hearing continues to be perfect, maybe better than perfect. Prior to this surgery, everyone knew they had to sit on my right side in order for me to hear them, now I can hear better out of my "new" left ear than my working right ear.

worst dr, I have seen, Order test that I did not need would not help me with my problem. I had to go somewhere else to get help. I would take a dog to him.

After 17 years of wearing hearing aids I finally met doctor Maxwell. Miracles happen, after both ears surgery I got my hearing back! Excellent doctor, recommend him to everyone who needs the same help. Thank you doctor Maxwell!
