Who knows if they are a quality operation. I called five times and was transferred to the scheduling center which is either grossly understaffed or on very long breaks. No one ever answers the phone. If you actually talk to a person, you've done much better than I did. I explained this to the front end person who does the transferring and rather than saying something similar to "hmmm, let me see if I can reach someone", she just ignored my concerns and simply stated, "I will send you to scheduling" which of course ended in yet another recording. Good luck SSC!

I’ve had Mohs surgery 3 times at the Skin Surgery Center. Each time Dr Albertini removed Squamous cell cancer from my face. The office is very well run. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and seem eager to see that their patients have an excellent experience. Dr Albertini is a very skilled surgeon. He not only removes the cancerous tissue, but also does the “repair” closure of the excised tissue area which means the patient doesn’t have to go to a plastic surgeon after the cancerous area is cut out.

I had Moh’s surgery today for basal with squamous cells.I was extremely nervous as I had previously had many Moh’s there back to back and the thought of yet another surgery was nerve wracking. Angel, Dr. Howerer’s nurse assured me I’d be fine and her numbing shots wouldn’t be so bad.She was Absolutley correct! The way Angel and Dr. Howerter conversed with me throughout the surgery was so reassuring and calming. I am so glad Dr. Howerter performed my surgery- she made the best out of a dreaded day!

Excellent, professional atmosphere. The receptionist is pleasant and efficient, the PA is very professional and Dr. Stein is absolutely first class. When you leave the office after a visit, you know you have been well looked after by a very capable team.
