Highly recommend! Overall experience was stellar! From phone communication to the patient portal, from the reception staff to the nurses and Dr. Branch, from the clinic visits to the operation and post care, this team is thorough, highly competent, friendly and helpful. My experience so far has been a total waste of time. I was referred here by a dermatologist to follow up on a melanoma I recently had removed. I was in the waiting room for 25 minutes and another 15-20 minutes in the examination room only to find out that the dermatologist hadn't even forwarded the results of that visit to explain what type of melanoma was removed. My appointment was rescheduled for 4/26 but was later canceled by your office inexplicably. Counting the time spent to get ready and drive to and from your office, I wasted about 2 hours of my time for absolutely nothing. Apparently now I have to call to reschedule. Not sure who dropped the ball.
