Had an MRI done on my foot and ankle today. All of the workers I has contact with were wonderful, especially the lady at the front desk checking me in! The building itself could use some cleaning and updating but things like don't bother me if the staff are courteous. Great experience for my first MRI here!

Very friendly staff, short wait times, complimentary coffee, and free Wi-Fi. For an imaging center, it does everything it's supposed to.

Maplewood’s staff is always pleasant and make you feel welcome. Today our tech made my husband feel completely at ease as he didn’t feel well and was worried about his X-ray. Afterwards she went above and beyond walking him out and helping him to settle in our car.

Can't say enough about how fast my appointment was made, I got in on time, my nerves were calmed by the kindess two nurse/techs...even the front desk lady was super nice! If I ever need another CT scan would definitely return here...thank you!!!

En verdad ellas son muy atentos y eficientes ,la técnica que me hizo las radiografías es muy eficiente . La recepción fue muy colaborativa ,gracias a todos . In truth, they are very attentive and efficient, the technique that made the X-rays is very efficient. The reception was very collaborative, thank you all.

Not a good experience at all. There was a guy waiting on an older lady in the waiting room. They left together. But when I asked if my 2 year old autistic son and his dad could come in and wait on me, they gave me a super hard time about it. Mind you, it was 6PM and there were NO OTHER PATIENTS in the waiting room! I was literally the last person to be seen. The MRI lady actually walked out with me to my car so that I could check on them. Then she said they could come in and changed her mind like 3 times when they got out of the car. So they ended up sitting in the car and waiting on me for AN HOUR AND A HALF and when I wanted to leave, she kept telling me to "Wait". It was horrible. Never again.
