Everyone here is so nice! I’ve been here for an MRI twice now and both times have been good. The nurse was very sweet and accommodating when I told her I was claustrophobic.

Firm quotes for services are a fraction of what is actually billed. When attempting multiple times to discuss, I was either disconnected prior to making contact or hung up on by the billing department. Sarah tried to argue with me regarding my knowledge of my insurance policy and hung up on me. By the way, I’m an insurance agent and fully understand my policy. I would not have had this test done if I had been told the true price. So, do not take their word for it when scheduling.

The staff at the MRI building was absolutely wonderful! I was there fresh out of a hip and femur replacement and they never rushed me at all. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I was blown away at the level of care and treatment from all the staff
