He spends most of his time doing media work on his magazine. He hires physicians(?) who are convicted drunks, and the pain clinic could NOT care LESS about their patients .

Dr. Rauck I’m Timothy R. Hutcherson a former patient of Dr. Gilmore at your clinic. If you have read his reviews here then why don’t you fire him. I am another person he cut off cold turkey from an opiate medication. I have bipolar disorder and almost committed suicide during that time. I will no longer pay my bill to your clinic. I don’t pay for what I don’t get and I did not receive professional and adequate care from Dr. Gilmore. By the way, I’m am going to run this matter past an attorney to see what kind of remedy she might ask for.

One doctor contradicts the other. No continuity of care, Watch out !

When I first went there approximately 20 years ago, Dr. Rauck provided concern and care for my damaged spine. However, for the past 10 years I have been passes around like a bad penny and just fed scripts and lip service. Both possible alternative options to narcotics that I asked about were acted upon either by apathy or incompetence. For the last 5 years my assigned doctor(?), acts as though he hates to see me come in, and I have not seen him in over a year. I am so sure that if the public could actually know of what I have gone through for decades, the would DEMAND action from the NC Medical board.

Dr. Rauck displays tremendous knowledge in the field of pain medicine. He is very warm and compassionate. He also had a great sense of humor, which doesn't really have much to with medical treatment except that laughter helps me cope with my pain. I am thankful for the 20+ years that he has provided outstanding treatment for my pain condition.

Doctors in this clinic are RACIST, they underestimated me, because of my national origin and/or my accent. I was having my second session of my shots, the rescheduled my appointment to an earlier date because the doctor supposed to go on vacation, then when I came to receive my shots, they put me in an examination room for AN HOUR in-communicated, suddenly the PA came and told me that I needed to change my appointment, absolutely no! That was rude and unacceptable. I saw the person who works in the lab coming with a woman, they used my service for them. I am legal in this country and highly educated. Then they charged me for the appointment. That was ODD! The supervisor was gone, they were closing. My Appointment was at 2:00 PM and I left the office by 4:00 PM. They did not take care of me!!!

Very nice and understanding staff. They will help you with your pain management if your honest with them and yourself.

It is very hard to get a phone answer there I've been with them a long time..staff is always nice .and I just adore my doctors there

Have been seeing Dr. Rauck for nearly 20 years. Have found him to be kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. One of the best doctors I have ever met. Sure, it's a bit frustrating that he has gotten so busy that it is hard to actually get to see him, but I have found that if I simply tell the Fellow that I really need to see Dr. Rauck personally, they will make sure to get him and bring him back in the room when they return. Sometimes I just need routine med refills, so I don't find it a problem if I don't get to see him on those visits.

chronic pain causes serious anxiety! the worry of how am i going to work and making a living is devastating. surgery means weeks of recovery with no pay in my situation. so prescribing the right meds and dosage is key. if you find meds are not working especially as time passes and dosage needs adjusted only to be dismissed because you faltered from amount that should be taken is crushing. you are at risk of seizure , heart attack and worse. we need to not be labeled abusive. you are then at ground zero once again. please help us
