List of Sabrina Martin's Reviews
Regret going to Dr. Sabrina Martin. Not friendly, personable, or a good surgeon re dermatology. Don’t let her take near you with a knife.
I was referred to Dr Martin by my primary care doctor at UCLA. She did a very detailed check of my skin and took one biopsy of a suspicious spot on my back. Fortunately, it was not skin cancer, but she recommended I come back in 6 months since I have a lot of moles. I am glad I found her to take care of my skin.
Dr Martin worked me into her schedule on short notice. She very clear and professional in her diagnosis, which I appreciated.
The front desk receptionist was super slow in checking someone out. It took 10 minutes. When it was my turn to speak to her I was informed that my appointment was now cancelled since it was past the appointment time. The receptionist called the doctor a few times to check in and figure this out. The doctor was running behind and cancelled my appointment. They were not really interested or helpful in rescheduling the appointment. I have to say that the whole experience was kind of rude. Do not go to this doctor. She has no interest in new patients nor cares about patient relations.
I've seen Dr. Martin on multiple occasions. She always treats me with respect, is highly knowledgeable, answers all of my questions and uses layman's language so that I can understand. She recently removed an abnormal growth about the size of a pencil eraser on my nose. You would never know there was anything there! I recommend her to all my friends and family! She's an exceptional dermatologist and the only one I trust when it comes to my skin. I'm so happy I found her!!
I went to Dr. Martin because she was part of the local UCLA medical group and I assumed she was good. It was a terrible experience. I was kept waiting for 55 minutes in the exam room and I was supposed to have a general body check but she said she was already behind schedule and never looked past my face (though I was in a hospital gown.) She spent approximately 5 minutes with me, never did a body skin check, and was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Then she charged over $1000 and never responded to my attempts to contact her for an explanation. Instead her office insisted the charges were correct. It was frustrating, distressing, and I just ended up paying so it wouldn't be sent to collection agency.
Dr. Martin removed a small skin cancer from my nose. She was very professional and I was happy with how small the scar was after the procedure
Had a recent skin check with Dr Martin. She listened to me carefully and was very thorough with her exam. Very happy with my switch to UCLA.
I recently had a cyst removed by Dr. Martin. I found her to be professional and attentive. Couldn't really be much happier with the process or the results. She listened to and answered all of my concerns in detail and was great with my follow up question via email as well. Highly recommended if professional Derm care is what you are looking for.
Same as mentioned in above post! Poor bedside manner and she gave me a serious diagnosis without any test or biopsy which turned out to be a misdiagnosis. I will never return to her practice due to the fact that her misdiagnosis almost caused me to have a serious and unnecessary surgery. Thank God for second opinions!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
