I had a family who had an appointment with Dr. Nagy. He was less than personable. When calling the office myself, the staff was extremely short & would just hang up on you instead of saying ‘goodbye’. That’s not just rude, but what we as adults should know as basic manners. All fees for Medicare patients must be paid upfront before a surgery will even be SCHEDULED. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment with this office the next day. I will be going elsewhere.

Dr. Nagy patiently answered all questions regarding my cataract surgery. Did not hurry, took the time to explain in detail what was to be expected before, during, and after the surgery. Staff was very professional and concerned with any issues that I had. Thank you Dr. Nagy and staff for a very easy & nice experience! Wonderful to see clearly again. WS, King, NC April 2021

This physician put the wrong lens in my mother's eye (cataract) and denys it! She was a perfect candidate. Very upsetting as this was simply a mistake on Dr Nagys part.

After reviewing several doctors, I chose Dr. Nagy. He was great. I had both hips replaced at the same time. Walked out the next day with no restrictions. Two years later and feeling great and both legs are the same length :-)

Dr. Nagy took the time to listen to my concerns, identify my problems, and explained my options of how to treat them in ways I could understand. He eventually did surgery on me, which went well. I was comfortable through the whole process.

Was not interested in doing my cataract surgery. I believe it was because I would not get the lens; which would have been out of pocket. Said my eyes weren't bad enough for Medicare to pay. I had them removed by a well know surgeon in W-S; who said that Medicare would pay.

Sat in waiting area 45 min past appt time, sat another 15 minutes in exam room and left before seeing the doctor No one bothered to show the courtesy of notifying me doctor or technicians were running late, that's all it would have taken to please me. Nothing but bad experience with practice...Dr Nagy's competence certainly is not in question as he seems to be a fine physician. The practice is just run poorly...if you go, expect a long wait and indifferent treatment by support staff.
