Dr Scurry is an awesome physician! He is kind, compassionate and provides excellent care. I am a retired physician and wish we had more physicians in our medical community that listen to their-patients, take the time to fully address their concerns and provide excellent, state of the art, quality medical cate. He and his team are wonderful!!

More concerned about revenue generation than patient care. Couldn't remember details from my first visit six weeks earlier. In fact, said the opposite of his initial diagnosis. Each time he tried to push different prescriptions from their special pharmacy (another revenue stream). This may be a good strategy for short term revenue generation, but will ultimately undue PENTA's reputation. Don't be naive. Seek alternative consultation, at least price check the special pharmacy, and if things don't feel right, choose another practice that does the right thing for the long term patient care, not a quick buck.

Great staff. Went above what I needed. Dr. Scurry was very nice and answered all my questions. I would recommend this medical group to everyone.

Dr scurry is helpful the 2 times ive been to see him he has sent me home better than when i went to see him. Very nice guy too.

I was referred to Dr. Scurry to repair my deviated septum in Dec. after decades of not being able to breathe well and hating the appearance of my crooked nose.Dr. Scurry and the staff at PENTA (Piedmont Ear Nose and Throat associates) have been beyond amazing.Dr Scurry was very patient and thorough in my initial appointment and recommended the surgery to reconstruct the deviated septum and turbinate reduction. He answered every question and was confident that he could meet and exceed my expectations.On January 26th I had the operation at the Piedmont Outpatient Surgery Center. Again, amazing friendly staff and experience.Post surgery I received a call from a nurse daily checking on me and giving me instructions and expectations as is related to the healing process. My healing went well, swelling is down and the appearance of my nose is remarkable. Perfectly straight.Today I had the splints removed after 14 days and I could cry tears of joy. I CAN BREATHE! I have a much better sense of smell and feel that my life has changed forever.A big thanks to Dr. Scurry for being amazing at what you do! And a big thanks to all of staff for making every step of this experience positive.

I went to see Dr. Scurry today about a problem with significant ringing (tinnitus) in my left ear. He listened carefully and was genuinely concerned. He then did a procedure that removed a significant amount of wax from my ear, and said, "I think you're cured." He was correct in his diagnosis, and I am most grateful for what he did today. Although, this may have been a routline visit for an ear doctor, I cannot express how great it is to have my hearing back to normal. Thanks!!!

Dr. Scurry is a very caring Dr. willing to listen to any or all problems you might be having the pertains to ENT. Easy to make an appointment ... willing to work around my schedule. He's a great Dr but he needs a new assistant nurse ... not very much on the ball.

Dr Scurry, Beth, and all the great receptionists I have spoken with have been amazing! Dr Scurry is excellent, and his nurse Beth really cares about her patients!!
