Been going to this practice for over 4 years. They are great. I see Dr. David Shelburne. He and his nursing staff treat you well.

When asked a medical question the doctor said he would “google it” I don’t see a point in paying someone who’s going to just pull info off of google just like anyone else can

Dr. Spencer is the most detailed doctor I’ve encountered during my 60 plus years of medical care. If you see other specialists, he will read their notes prior to your appointment so he's fully aware of all your health issues at the time of your appointment. He takes time to listen to your concerns and takes action on all of them. He goes above and beyond to resolve medical issues.

My wife and I have been patients here for over 2 years. Dr. Mary Massary and her staff have gone out of their way to assist us in our road to health improvement. We have been thru a lot and Dr. Massary and her staff have been there the whole time. My wife and I have found Dr. Massary to be warm and caring. She went above and beyond regarding an aggressive cyst that appeared on my neck that was causing me a lot of discomfort. She had an emergency visit that day and was vital in my health and safety regarding the cyst as well as my overall health. My wife and I had been to at least 4 doctor's offices in the last 4 or 5 years and found this practice to be best. Remember this key point. The doctors here are human and we tend to put them under a microscope due to our fear (s) because medicine is so personal. I thought long and hard before putting up this review. This practice is like any business, not perfect and there will always be different experiences. However for my wife and I we choose this location and Dr. Massary confidently.

Myself and my daughters have been coming here since they were born. Dr. Talbott and Dr. Spencer are our PCP's. Both are excellent at what they are doing! They take the time to understand any concerns we have and even make some kind suggestions on what else we can do if needed. We have seen them grow just as much as they have seen myself and my children grow! The staff is always friendly too! Clean environment and easy check in!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Shelburne for years. He's always been very helpful and cares about our health. Takes his profession very seriously. Wouldn't think of going to anyone else. The staff has always been very helpful and polite.

I had an appointment for an IUD removal with Dr. Mary Theresa Massary, and things did not go well. She doesn’t believe in knocking before she enters the room which is definitely unprofessional. Anyhow during the procedure as she was attempting to remove my IUD.. she advised me “the strings are cut to short, and that she didn’t have the “advanced tools”I would have to visit an OBGYN to see Dr. April Miller. Which didn’t make sense because Mary is a MD just like April, but anyhow She only attempted for 1-2 mins and gave up on the procedure. She was the one that inserted my IUD a year ago in the first place. I will not recommend Dr. Mary Theresa Massary for any type of appointment ESPECIALLY for IUD insertion or removal.

Just moved to a new state... Have insurance that I can only use with wake forest baptist so I call to try and schedule an appointment because im dizzy and not feeling well. First appointment is March 8th because im a new patient. I asked for a suggestion on where in their network I can be seen earlier consifering my symptoms are a little scary. The only rude reaponse was cant help you because your not a patient! I was trying to scheulde but now I will look elsewhere. Customer service is everything.

Disappointed beyond belief at the lack of concern and follow-up exhibited by this practice and Dr Massary in particular. Advice to anyone reading, this practice my be ok for a nose bleed or hang nail, but for anything requiring medical expertise; find another practice. You have been warned.

Our entire family are regular patients at this facility (well we were). I took my baby daughter to their walk in clinic on a Sunday morning. I told them I suspected an ear infection as she had a low grade fever on and off and had been pulling at her ear. I checked in, then was told by staff that the attending Np, Darren Absher, did not feel comfortable treating her. Unbelievable! You turn away a sick infant because you aren’t comfortable?! You’re a healthcare provider! So I asked are you all not treating sick patients at A WALK IN CLINIC!? They advertise to not put off needed care and when you come to get care you are turned away! Pitiful! Our entire family will be switching practices. Get some doctors that want to actually help people!
