Every time I call the office, I can never get in touch with anyone. They say the line is connected to an answering service. It’s very inconvenient. You spend 10+ minutes just waiting for an answer. When I brought my son for his physical, the door to the building was locked, and of course no one answered the phone. We will be switching to a different practice.

My kids have been with Doctor Dockery since birth. I have a 17 year old and a 9 year old they are the best always handling my concerns mostly same day. Sometimes the wait gets a little frustrating but for the most part we're in & out.
