I got a simple test done over a year ago and paid my bill, then they pretended that I hadn't paid it. I called them, they acknowledged I'd paid it, but then sent me to a collections agency. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable.

Do not. I repeat do NOT get Dr.Ayers. she will be rough with you, not check your problems thuroughly and to be honest her tone feels rather judgy, like she is talking down to you.Switched to Dr.Hoey and everything has been great. I imagine all of the other doctors are great, just not Ayers.

I absolutely love coming to Peacehaven Family Practice. I love the doctors, the girls up at the front are awesome, sweet, caring, good personality, professional but also have a sense of humor at the same time. Shout out to Ms. April she is AWESOME SAUCE!! Shout out to all of the doctors and staff there as well. I don't like going to the doctor no one does but I always look forward to coming to peace haven Family practice. Thank you all for everything you all do for me and everyone else as well!!

Numerous times I've had to call and check on scripts, bloodwork or questions. The receptionists have always been rude, cut me off or talked directly over me not wanting to hear my needs. My doctor is great but, the staff behind the phone system is rude. Crude. And not worth trying to talk to. I'll only deal w my own Dr from now on. Thx wfbh!!! Go learn customer service!!!

If I could rate zero stars, I would! This was going to be the office who takes over for my doctor office that closed recently. However, I decided this was too far to travel, and decided on a different provider. I’m glad I did, as I received a phone call from a staff member in this office, about my daughter’s prescription. The woman was rude and trying to insist on speaking only to my daughter, as she is over 16. My daughter is over 16, but is clearly still a minor at 17 years old. Sorry, but I don’t know any child this age who knows how to make their own doctor appointment and discuss prescriptions! It says nowhere on any patient paperwork that my daughter must speak for herself - I’m the one who still signs paperwork on my daughter’s behalf. I’m relieved that I’d already decided to go somewhere else for our needs, as I definitely do not need another rude person in my life!!
