List of Wake Forest Baptist Health's Reviews
Can’t stay on top of their game when it comes to THEM changing your medication having me look suspicious to the pharmacy when I run out of my medicine sooner than I used to to because I was told to take more. I’m definitely disappointed.
Certain doctors at this practice are not seeing their elderly patients due to covid. I was told yesterday on the phone if the patient has a cough they can't be seen by certain doctors. I was awake half the night trying to understand this. Both of my parents were hospitalized at the same time, not for Covid. I made many visits to the hospital over 2 1/2 weeks, even in intermediate care. I'm not scared of covid, I'm in my late 50's, wore my mask, washed my hands, kept my distance and I don't have covid??? Please wear your PPE and see your older patients during these difficult times, your a Doctor. Isn't that what PPE equipment is for? I thought that is what Doctors do, see sick patients. Please comment so I can try to understand why this is happening. Thank you.
One doctor knows me real well and all the doctors work together as a team in order to help their patients. Very nice people the nurses doctors and all the staff are pleasant.
I have been at his doctors office for 20 years and before the past year I would’ve given five stars. But in the past year the nurses that work in this facility have dropped the ball on my medication have told me how to improperly use my diabetes equipment. When I was in the middle of a diabetic crisis they failed to give me insulin because they did not know how to use the pen. They keep cancelling appointments because their doctors are going to part time, And most recently when I have called to get a refill on a prescription it took me a week once I was already out of my medicine to get the nurses to actually do what they were supposed to do. Then after calling for five days in a row to get someone to fill my prescription or at least call me back I was mildly upset when I was talking to the woman on the phone named Denise explaining my situation and how the medicine that they have failed to refill causes violent mood swings and instead of helping me she neglected my medical needs and said she refuses to talk to me and shipped me off to the manager who could not help me even in the slightest. Whenever I’ve had a problem before the manager of the facility takes an exceedingly long time to rectify the situation because He is only on site and available to talk for one day a week because he manages so many different sites. So as a whole the doctors office has gone downhill significantly because of the nurse staffing and the fact that they moved to wake forest instead of just being corner stone. The doctors are still good but seeing one of them is practically impossible.
Steven Klein has been my physician since 1993. He's always been concerned and caring, and willing to take time to discuss and explain. After 26 years I'm still convinced he's a great choice.
If you're 80+ years old, never complain and you're practically knocking on death's door, then this might be the place for you. If you're someone that asks questions, expects accountability and wish not to be treated less than human, then this might NOT be the place for you. I've only had the so-called pleasure of dealing with PAs. Maybe the doctors there are actually pretty good...I just wouldn't know. I was thrown away like rubbish...told not to come back through a voice message.Six or seven years of putting my health into their hands and they simply throw me away. I was also misdiagnosed as having a disease and I believed it for more than 4 years. Glad I didn't hold my breath while waiting for an apology. I would've died over a year ago. Imagine taking medicine for that length of time for an ailment that did not exist. That male PA could've killed me. There's a female PA that I later signed on with and I thought she was sweet and caring. I misread her too! Just beware!!!!!
My father Jimmy L. M.has been going to Dr."Lou" for years & he says he'll NEVER go anywhere else! 🙏God willing nothing happens!🙏🙌🙌🙌THANKS TO ALL THE HARD WORKING STAFF THAT ARE A PART OF THIS WONDERFUL💫PLACE! 🙌🙌🙌
They make you feel like the human being you are not just a number. Patricia Klein is awesome

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
