This review is for the pharmacy. My mom needed her medicine and would be out of her medicine the following day. She called and asked for an “emergency” fill on her prescription and told them we could come right away to get it. The prescription was ready when we got there in 10 minutes! Thank you!

This facility is garbage. Wait times are excessive. Nurses are rude and have no bed side manner. The facility is dirty in general. Standards are far below mediocre and they shouldn't even be trusted with the care of a house plant. An entire afternoon taken off work has been an absolute waste of time. Very disappointed.

The doctors n Nurse there's are very friendly and very helpful

This is my first pregnancy and I started coming here in the beginning of my pregnancy. I haven’t had the best experience so far, each time I have an appointment I always have a different obgyn doctor, and it’s frustrating because I have to tell each different doctor the same thing (even though they have it written down in a note.)Ever since I started coming here, I’ve been concerned about my pregnancy and I ask them questions that worry me and they don’t give me a specific answer. I do not recommend this place if it is your first pregnancy.

I had an appointment scheduled for today there and the Doctor had an emergency and had to cancel my appointment. Mind you my appointment was at 2pm they just called me to let me know at 1:17pm. That's not all they made my appointment for a month away on July 28th. I already had to wait a month on this appointment. Should have known better than to book here. Avoid at all cost.

People are rude, you’re not shown everything you’re suppose to. Im pregnant and more worried about my baby since going and getting seen here than i am stress free. If you’re a first time mom i highly recommend else where.

It is a shame to have to write such a poor review because at one time this clinic SHINED. I was there prior to the opening of the new clinic and was there on the day of the opening of the new clinic. Back then, it was all about patient care, attitudes, and the way you treated others made you gleam into wellness. The nurses all got along, laughed, danced their jigs down the hall, a hug once in awhile to an elderly patient (which is forbidden, nowadays). Those years are far and few between. I am not quite sure what, or how it happened but it did. Faces grew sparse, Doctors left with new replacements and I never felt that it would actually happen to me, but it did. Finally, all my familiar nurses were gone, and my Doctor called me to let me know she would not be at the clinic except once a month. The nurses that replaced those who left are not friendly, as a matter of fact my stomach gets in knots or did rather when I had to go there. The Doctor that I have seen thus far has either misunderstood me during our only two appointments or this Doctor is not working out for me, the summary notes suggest both. I want those of you reading this review that are from “back in the day-the lab dept., my favorite clerk to the far right who brings a smile to my face when I walk in that door and to the warm, friendly African American man who always wears suits and speaks to Every One like they are some kind of Special,” You Guys will be deeply missed. I can’t take all the busyness and the frowns back in the back anymore nor can I get all the scrutiny that sums up in my account summary from the team at DHP. It’s unprofessional and I have always dictated and lived with the fact that laughter does a world of healing ❤️‍ . I don’t like my words getting misconstrued and out of proportion. I don’t like recharting, and who on earth likes a liar? I do hope for the Best for DHP, because it has the potential to go back to the way it once was-a smile 😃 goes a long way…

I honestly didn’t enjoy going to downtown health plaza. I felt like I was always rushed out of my appointments and weren’t properly taken care of especially it being my first pregnancy. Everytime I went in there i had to pee in a cup as if I was being drug tested or something very pointless. I wouldn’t recommend this health department to any their very rude people and the doctor Amy Wren made me and my fiancé very uncomfortable. I literally had to ask for a different doctor but I end up switching to the Obgyn in Clemmons associated with wake forest and they are very nice, professional and they care.

This place is a joke! What the point of having a dr. if I can never get an appointment.
