The security personnel and and others in the entrance are somewhat rude. The gentleman at the desk should have a list of doctors in the building and be able to tell the public if they are in the right location. They sent me to the 3rd floor to look at the list of doctors. This delayed my brother's arrival to his appointment. Tone of voice is important when interacting with the public.

The Medical Facility is world class and the nurses take care of you very well.

They have failed me as their patient. Instead of giving me straight answers all I get is a run around and nothing else but a headache!

Kim Cherry, diagnosed 2011. Kim was diagnosed with the bulbar form of ALS and was given one year to live. His symptoms progressed quickly. Absolutely, hands down the best hospital there is. Not another hospital I’d ever want to go to. I was airlifted there 6/3/2021 after a motor vehicle accident. 8 broke ribs, 2 fractured, plates on 5 & shoulder surgery ahead. I can honestly say I received the best care I’ve ever received at a hospital. The Trauma team & pain team were great! & Most definitely the nurses on the 7th floor of the Reynolds Tower were the absolute BEST EVER!!! I truly think that they’re God sent!! They made my stay there as pleasant as it possibly could’ve without a doubt!! They treated me exceptional from day 1 when I couldn’t really do anything for myself till day 8 when I could actually get up & walk around. They were exceptionally nice & always quick to help me when needed. I can’t say Thank You enough nurses, trauma team, pain team, physical therapy, occupational therapy & all of Wake Forest Baptist Health!!!

I saw a LOT of TikTok videos by Kelly Dawn Morris (Bubblegumkelz is her TikTok username) a nurse in your facility that has made numerous videos stating that she over-medicates patients that keep her up or bother her, she makes fun of elderly patients coding & dying, she and a few other nurses make fun of patients receiving CPR like its a joke. Kelly Morris has also made videos stating she will slap a patient for a million dollars, in another video she tells a patient that doesn’t have insurance “they are going to die”, in yet another video she states she will unplug their vent to charge her phone. This is NOT “dark humor”…….it’s a sick way of thinking & speaking of patients AND furthermore when other TikTokers would call her out about the offensive videos……Kelly Morris would call them “Sensitive Karen’s” and be offensive & dismissive towards their concerns for the patients in her care. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Beck Jones and with the on-site laboratory.This review relates to the claims/billing department. I had a physical seven months ago, but a claim has still not been submitted correctly to my insurance, so I receive monthly bills requesting the full amount for the visit. I provided my insurance card on the appointment date, I have confirmed my insurance information with the billing department on multiple phone calls, and I even patched through a representative from United to speak with the billing department and confirm claim submission instructions. Everyone I speak with in billing is pleasant, but we could have avoided this hassle if the department was better organized.
