Amazing service, very precessional and efficient
Where do I start? I went here and had dr Crystal beddard as my psychiatrist and Betsy for my therapist. Betsy was kind and supportive, I just had to leave due to only being able to go once a month bc she was booked up. But dr Crystal Beddard is unprofessional and rude. She told me in multiple appoints to “go to therapy” AS I WAS IN IT in response to my issues and was so insulting. After about two or 3 months I am FINALLY seeing a psychiatrist on the 29th of this month. Additionally, I needed to switch medicine and the emergency nurses never answer and On top of the 10+ minute wait times every time you call this place IF they answer! I thankfully got new medication of a 14 day supply ONLY due to a CVS worker bc no one else told me that and I went without because Daymark wouldn’t preapprove the medicine I was switching to. They STILL have not because I can’t get ahold of anyone and the desk person sent an email a week ago and still no response to me and I’m about to run out. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about you. Hope Betsy gets the heck out.!
I tried for months to get someone to help me get back on antidepressant and I can’t seem to get anyone to help me even though I’ve expressed that I don’t know how much longer I can hold on and no one cares. This review is for when I’m gone please know I ask for help so many times I can’t keep asking I’m done
Out of 3 Drs. over 10 years, only 1 was goodLast Dr. took me off meds. I am miserable for 8 months
Don't go here, for the love of God find somewhere else to go. I reached out for help here and after telling them I tried to overdose and then jump off a bridge they prescribed me 3 months of antidepressants at once. I haven't reached out for mental health help Because of them. They don't listen and only want you into and out. They have no desire to actually help you get better
Just gives you some useless sugarpills and rushes you out the door. The doctor I spoke to had such a thick Indian accent I could hardly understand her and she acted like my 10 minute visit was ruining her day. I guess politeness isn't a thing in Bali.Everyone else was kind and the building itself was clean. Wait was never bad.
Yes the wait can be long. Everyone there is professional and kind. Hard work I g folks who deal with damaged and broken people seeking free mental health help so all y'all writing mean stuff back up!
I have tried contacting this place multiple times to make an appointment to get help in the past month and they never answer their phone. Call and wait for like 20 minutes and nobody ever picks up. Now I have to go through 2 other doctors before I can receive the help that I need instead of going straight to a mental health specialist Honestly might have dodged a bullet considering the reviews that this place has.
They helped me get the meds I needed the same day I came in to get them. The psychiatrist and PA I have seen are very knowledgable and helpful.Update: 4 stars. My mom helps me coordinate care here and she's had to call their grievance line several times to keep the ball rolling on things like medication issues or access to services.Update: 3 stars. The sinks in the front lobby bathrooms have been out of orderwithout a sign for 2 or 3 months
Y'all seriously don't even deserve a rating at all. I've called at least over 30 times in 1 day, the facility never once called back or checked up on me. I'm trying to get the help that i need but y'all are very unprofessional and useless. This place needs to be shut down ASAP! Y'all are just all about the money not about the patients well being.
First, they can't follow their OWN mask policy. Then they give me a 24 hour line for emergency services that no one will answer! This place is a joke for mental health! I honestly am not sure what to do. They are my only option but what kind of option is this? I'd give it no stars if it were an option
awful. the waiting room takes forever and they don’t answer calls or come to phone appointments. they messed up my prescriptions. don’t go here.
Went there expecting to have a therapist and they just put me on meds that caused me to gain a lot of weight quickly and wanted me in a grief group. I did not want to share my grief. That was the last thing I wanted after my daddy passed away. Was dealing with other situations in life as well and it seemed like they didn’t get that I need to talk to an individual not a group.I ended up taking myself off the medicine cold turkey and still praying that one day I find a great therapist who is not busy to listen to me.
I've been sitting alone in the waiting room for an hour now. The people at the front desk said 4-5 min. EDIT: I went to the front desk to conplain and with in a min I was talking to the person I was there to talk to. They were ignoring me until I conplained. EDIT 2: I talked to the docter about the time and she said she didn't even know I was there. The front desk didn't even tell the person I was there to see I was there. It's like there not even trying.
This is my first experience with Daymark and so far I'm unimpressed. As I'm writing this review I'm on hold just waiting for someone to answer the phone. It's been 17 minutes so far. If you don't have enough staff to answer the phones do you really have enough staff to care for your patients?
Doesn't deserve any stars from me. Very unprofessional. Difficult to reach anyone on the phone. Feels like you're calling a low scale fast food chain when you do get someone on the phone. Used to go to this place years ago. Isn't like it used to be for sure.
My children's first visit we waited over four hrs. for a scheduled appointment. Was charge for missing an appointment because they signed one in as a walk in. Had to return at a later date. Today's appointment was rescheduled upon arrival because the receptionist where discussing some sort of free event one had attended and by the time she came to help us she stated that there was only a ten minute grace period. While checking the time it did turn to 8:10. I attempted to call and speak with Daniel Johnston but was not allowed to do so in any form so I have canceled both children's appointments and will not return. I understand that in a work environment that you do develop personal connections and that life shouldn't always be so serious. But feel that this facility has failed my children multiple time. One child had been waiting and desperately needing "medication management", that appointment was set for four months from her original visit. She never made it and was committed two days ago.
I would not recommend Daymark to anyone. I've had 2 appts with them in the last 30 days. The first one was approximately one hour with their "financial" specialist to ensure I had the insurance and means to pay them. The second one two weeks later was an appt with a Dr who only only reviewed the medications I was taking and seemed to push other meds on me after telling him I didn't want to be on anything. 30+ days later i finally had an appt with a psychiatrist that I accidentally missed. I called to reschedule and they wouldn't. The lady I spoke to said I had to come in on a Thursday (a week later) at 7:30 and sit and wait for a Dr. In my honest opinion, Daymark has more interest in getting paid than helping people. And if they do want to help you, don't expect to get help in a timely manner. I'll never go back.
This office does not observe proper medical ethics guidelines and employs a mal practitioner by the name of " Doctor " Kyle Long.
As others have said, the therapists and counselors here do good work. Everyone I met was great and I felt like they really cared about my issues. That's the pro's of this facility. Now the con's... This place feels like the DMV. You will have to call dozens of times to speak with anyone for scheduling. The phone just rings and rings. It's honestly faster to just go do things in person if you can. The check-in desk staff seem miserable to be there and act like you are bothering them when you get to the window. I know they are dealing with difficult clients at times, but that's no excuse for being rude to someone who has done nothing to deserve it. On my first visit I was told I had to sign up for the online portal while I was there. I had poor cell service in their building so an office worker from the back came and got me to do it for me. She was sullen, miserable, and entered my information incorrectly so now I do not have access to the patient portal. I'd recommend they find someone literate and capable of listening to take over this position. Clearly this person is not competent. The office staff here generally seems overwhelmed and unhappy. Maybe they should avail themselves of the therapy offered there.Also... If you try to do a walk-in appointment,be prepared to wait or be asked to come back the next day. I'd recommend arriving as soon as they open the doors at 7:30am. Also note that if you need to see a psychiatrist they will most likely be via Skype, not in person.
