Second time I have had a issue with getting someone to answer the phone in last 2 weeks so I can get medications refilled I have called 7 times since 8 am and all I get is a recording 2 weeks ago was same and had to go without refills over the weekend looks like may be doing same this time I havent been going there long and already having issuesMy doctor isnt there today so Im thinking I probably wont get my refill until Monday Friday seems like its always a bad time to get someone as well. Cant run a business without doctors there to run it and any doctor there should be able to do a refill for patients regardless if you are a patient of theirs or not I like the people who work there always friendly and kind.thats what I like the most but if you cant get your refills and get someone to answer the phone the latter doesnt seem to matter much Im a patient there should be able to get someone on the phone and not have wait over a weekend without medication that isnt acceptable and if my doctor isnt there then someone else should do the refill and not pass the buck .I think they are short handed usually the phone issue is Thursday and or Friday. I drive over 60 miles round trip to be a patient Right now Im wondering why .
