Dr. Patel has been my family dr for over 4 years since I first moved to greenville. She is the most thorough Family dr I have ever had. She never rushed me out the door and always explains things to me in a way I can understand. She seems to really care about her patients...

Today I had my first visit with Dr Patel in office. I am a new patient we have spoken over the phone with telemed. I believe that Dr Patel is a wonderful doctor. She listens and explains herself very well. Dr. Patel is very informative. If you have questions or concerns advice and answers very descriptive. Great personality and pleasant. Thanks for generosity and time

The worst physician I have ever had. Trust me there are so many amazing doctors in Eastern North Carolina there is no reason you should choose her as yours. I did and its been an ongoing nightmare. The office is vastly disorganized and the staff is incompetent and rude. Dr. Patel may be nice to your face but I can assure you she wont be helpful when you need it. She asks you to come in for unnecessary visits and she is focused on her bottom line of money making. LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT DOCTOR so you wont have to go through the headache of finding a new doctor later like I did. If you can I recommend leaving Physicians East completely. If this is the quality of doctors they can provide to you you can do much better with a different practice.

Dr Patel is an excellent doctor She should. Have A 5 star rating I have had a lot of medical. Issues and she has always helped me with all of them I recommend her highly

I called this doctors office and went in to fill out neccessary paperwork to be seen as a first time patient was told on the phone to come in fill out paperwork and would be seen within a couple of weeks so I scheduled the time off went in gas e all my insurance information and other necessary forms I waited 3 weeks with no call finally I called today and was informed that the doctor reviewed my information a d declined to see me as a patient i have been in pain having major issues with my hands and I guess because this doctor didnt like my file maybe Im not upper middle class enough or just didnt like the sounds of me I have been denied to be seen. I didnt even know that was legal I thought they had to pledge so.e Ki d of oath I would not and will not recommend this doctors office to anyone ever and will make it my mission to spread the word of this horrible treatment. I now have to go through the whole process again. Do Not go to this doctor she may not like your file or who knows the car your driving and refuse to see you

I find Dr Patel to be extremely knowledgeable patient about medical problems and always very quick to refer you to specialists who treat those with your problems.

The most bizarre method of selecting patients for her practice To be considered worthy of her practice you are required to submit your medical history for the last 10 years for her review. If CHOSEN you will hear from the office. You are discouraged to bother the establishment about the doctors decision. I never heard back from the office. Evidently I am too healthy and do not present the opportunity to be milked for excessive services. Good luck yall

Its one of the most unprofessional office experiences Ive ever had. I have been given very poor instructions of how to join the practice and was treated very rudely. She decided not to take our records without even seeing them and then gave no good reason why she wouldnt take us as patients. we have been told for many months to simply send our records and then she told us that she had no chart on us. Then we were asked what insurance we had PPO Blue Cross. were denied as patients.
