Called for a close friend today to inquire about a covid vaccine. I spoke with Allison she was very kind and very personable. She answered all my questions and had good customer service.

I had been calling in my area for the covid shot. no one had the jnj. i contacted the health dept. and spoke to Lynn Foster. She was great, she answered the phone by the 3rd ring and set me up and appointment. she was very polite and answered all my question.again im glad you have her on your staff she is personal and make one feel at ease.Thank youTeresa Johnson

very unfriendly and very poor service i came in for multiple things wrong one day and they told me they will only help one and that i gotta get out and come back for each one and pay a fee for each visit guess its a way to rack up money

I have used this practice for the last couple of years and it impossible to get anyone to answer the phone.When my pharmacy sends a request for a refill they don't respond until I finally get someone to answer the phone and ask them to please to answer the pharmacy's request for the refill.I am currently on hold with them again for a refill...so far I have been listening to the awful hold music for 39mins and counting. This is a common occurrence in my experience with them.Understaffed and poorly run practice which is a shame as they are very convenient location for me.Please improve your service to the community as you are needed but lacking in processes and staffing to be an good option for medical needs.Please contact me about my prescription as I am still on hold...…..

I have gotten both of my COVID-19 vaccine shots and I must say you guys have got this down perfect from checking in to checking out every staff member was just great Jane gave me the first one and Michelle did the 2nd... you guys don’t need to change a thing because it is working perfectly...Thanks Michelle you are the best never even felt you giving me the shot and my arm was never even sore ...GREAT JOB!!!!
