A surgeon in Fargo referred me to Dr Fortney after double strabismus surgery. THe first and second visit, 1 week, then 3 weeks after appeared to be satisfactory. About 10 months later I went back because of recurring double vision. Nearly 45 minute wait past the appointment time he comes in with no apologies and an air of arrogance about him. Worse of all he was not aware of my past post surgery visits. That was the most critical thing to be aware of! Doesn't he read med files prior to visits?

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was so nervous and anxious before my appointment. They made sure I was comfortable and understood everything they were doing both before and after they did it and explained why. That gave me assurance they had the competency and knew exactly what and why they were doing it. They have a team that also sets up all of the referral appointments. They called me with dates, times, and where to show up at. Absolutely 100% recommend this amazing medical facility
