Dr. Balliet is great! He is professional, yet personable. He explains everything in an easy to understand way and always answers my questions. The “process” before finally seeing him, however, is horrible. My appointment was at 10:00. I finally saw Dr. Balliet at approximately 10:50. This is unacceptable. If we need to come early because of certain “tests,” that needs to be explained to the patient beforehand. I sat in the waiting room for 20-25 minutes before they called me in the FIRST time. Then they had issues with the equipment and sent me back out to the waiting room. Not once did anyone apologize, or even acknowledge, the long wait. Obviously, their time is valuable…..so is mine.

Dr. Balliet was awesome! He was very kind and explained everything he was doing. He answered all my questions so I could understand. It was a great experience. Bailey was great too! Thank you.
