Dr. Frohlich I found you to be a recommendable eye doctor. Thank you for your professional customer service. I found great displeasure on my visit when I was told that the "30% off sunglasses" that was advertised and promoted to me while I was making my selection did not apply because I have insurance. I took a poll and found that the average person would assume that the price is totaled, the 30% is taken off, then the balance is submitted to insurance. I feel penalized because I have insurance. I almost got a big speech from the person who took my money about how "we will lose money that way" until I told her that the workings between your office and the insurance company are not my concern. Please in the future advertise correctly. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Beth Doyle-Lautt
