Bad reviews, as stated before are from years ago, as of now in 2022, I have had nothing but kindness, understanding and doctors who listen. I went in in January after 2 years of tummy issues and no sooner had I stated my issues did I get referred to a gastro and we started my healing journey. I am chubby but the doctors never once told me my problems were weight related, the nurses are sweet, kind and just amazing. All in all I would highly recommend this hospital and clinic

I had double hip replacements this winter at Box Butte with Dr. Bomberg. I couldn't be happier. All of the initial consults and follow up were done in a timely manner and efficiently professional. My surgeries went like a dream. Medical personnel showed attentiveness and caring. And Dr. Bomberg made my hips feel like new. I am pain free and a very happy camper.

Excellent Surgery department, the moment I stepped in for my surgery until the end when, my seat belt was fastened by the nurse.. with respect, care compassion and professionalism. Open communication through education was given with family throughout the whole process ensuring the best possible recovery. Thank you BBGH Surgical Department you set the standard

No hospital should allow a NP to practice medicine. This is not legal or safe for the patients. Please ask for an MD or DO only. 2 years online nursing theory is not medicine.

This is the place to go if you feel like getting sued in a few months.

Have been seen numerous times at this hospital. Dr. Forney is a joke. When I came in for immense amounts of pain I was asked "if I had a social event I needed to go" to because I was asking for a drs note so I wouldn't get fired from my job. Still haven't heard anything about an mri or even labs. Transferred my care to bridgeport and asked them to transfer all my papers 2 days ago and they didn't do that. Cause my dr in Bridgeport didn't have anything when I was seen. Nobody's called me back on anything(paperwork, release of information, labs). This hospital is awful. The nurses are super nice and helpful. That's the only reason they are getting a star.

The person that takes the temperature and asks the covid questions when you first walk in was super rude.

This hospital is a joke first of all they can’t hit a vein to save their own lives second of all they are not even sure when and if they inject you in the right place. Also they will not allow more than one person in the building per person in surgery, so even though we drove an hour to be here they will not even let you in to cool off or use the rest room. If you plan a surgery at Box Butte be sure you have plenty of time and somewhere to hang out. This surgery was scheduled for 1pm we had to be there by 11am and they did not even take her up for surgery until 3pm. It is now 4:12 and these people don’t even know if they need to keep her overnight or not. Meanwhile I sit in my car writing a review because there is literally nothing else to do.

Went in for a migraine on the 4th of July. Couldn’t stomach anything, not even liquids. Get to the doctor, he word for word said, “What do you want me to do about it?” So all I get is an IV and some anti-nausea medicine. The bill (with insurance) is $1,372.89 and they sent me to collections the second I was able to get a job. I’ve been to a lot of different hospitals, but this one takes the cake for rude people and bad service

Had a baby here when I originally had planned to go to Scottsbluff for the birth, but I didn’t realize how far along I was with contractions so I decided to stay in town and they got me into a room and prepared in no time. Had a good delivery with Dr. Shaffer and we were well attended to by the nurses the whole 2 days there. They even gave us a delicious gift basket when we went home.
