This is a negative review and opinion. I had a repair surgery 4 months after a 2019 prostatecomy. (Ab incision hernias). He couldn't/wouldn't even discuss what went wrong, when confronted/asked about it. His staff lied to me about the frequency of incision hernias. His untrained staff led me though a messy catheter removal. Steps which a competent, pro office would have on their patient instructions sheet were missing--causing me needless problems. (after 600 of these?). (trivial steps at that). This was all after he pitched me on how good and detailed his work was. Now I am facing another repair surgery--in the time of the virus. I wouldn't need a 3rd surgery if Zukosky would have done the job right the first time. (which is what was pitched, and expected). How happy do you think I should be? Where do I get a refund for a crummy fly-by-night contractor who delivered half baked results? Now I have to live with his sloppy work.

The staff is atrocious. I waited 3 weeks to receive feedback on lab results and only received them after 3 phone calls. They have cancelled appointments without notifying on multiple occasions and don't respond to my messages in their patient portal. I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Zukosky is a very personable guy who knows his medical speciality. He is a good communicator within the limits of time allowed for each patient. He lays out the options with pros and cons of each and asks the patient to determine the best treatment path for that individual. The treatment selected in my case was effective.

I have called over 5 times to schedule surgery and the scheduler has not returned my call. I am not sure if Dr. Zukosky knows how incompetent his staff is treating his medical practice. Even though these are staff issues it impact his ability to treat patients. I will also look for a new doctor and office. I have never had this happen with any medical provider.

I have called 5 times to schedule a surgery with Dr. Z, have yet to receive a return call. The person answering the phone ( Vicky) has no concern at all about my situation. I looked at the the reviews on yelp which said rude staff. I liked Dr. Zukosky,but he must be loosing patients with his staff. Looking for new doctor & office.
