I broke my collarbone while skiing and Dr. Johnston did a great job with surgical repair. My first visit at the SOSI clinic was with Margo Boatner, who showed me the X-ray and helped me come around to the idea that surgery was necessary. They were able to schedule me for outpatient surgery with Dr. Johnston the next day. He and his team made sure I understood the process and included steps to make my recovery easier, such as anti-nausea medication and pain relief at the incision site. After only two days, I feel much better and am glad I had this done. If you’re from out of town and hesitant about an unfamiliar doctor, don’t hesitate to see Dr. Johnston.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Johnston. He was thorough and great at explaining(with lovely illustrations) and recommending my options. He has a good team and I appreciate that he doesn't jump the gun on surgery. I only had to wait a short while before my appointment which is greatly appreciated.
