Dr. Burgess is still mindlessly enforcing "2 weeks to flatten the curve" masks in his clinic 74 weeks later. ...for a cold with a 99.8% recovery rate. ...even for those who've been vaccinated and should therefore be protected and protect others. Would you sit next to someone on a plane or in a waiting room who had Ebola? What if they were wearing a flimsy surgical mask (improperly) that came out of a box that specifically said, "This mask does not protect against viruses."? No, me either. The receptionist, Kim, was pleasant and helpful up to the point of the mask mandate. She blamed "their policy" on her "boss" and said she won't tell him how to run his business. When I suggested he might like to know he's losing patients and the ability to help people, which is probably what he went into medicine to do, she sarcastically said, "Ok, I'll pass it on..." and let out an indignant "SHHHT". Please hang up fully before insulting the one person you talked to all day with a brain.

Dr. Burgess is still mindlessly enforcing "2 weeks to flatten the curve" masks 74 weeks later, for an illness with a 99.8% recovery rate. ...And that has a vaccine - so the vaccinated and unvaxed are protected, right? I assume most patients seeking Dr. Burgess' help have some difficulty breathing, so to inflict an airway obstruction onto them in spite of better judgement is unconscionable. Wake up, people, and if you're awake, for the love of all that is holy and good, STAND UP!

Dr. Burgess diagnosed my throat cancer when five others could not. He is the best. I highly recommend Dr. Burgess.

Saw Dr Burgess in Pierre for my twins ear problems. He was so kind and good with them he was the first doctor to be able to examine them without them crying.Eat then put tubes in and our lives have changed

Worst health care experience I have ever had. Dr. Burgess was rude and unwilling to listen to patients. I had a cyst removed from my nasal cavity and after surgery my severe pain continued. He refused to listen or give any recommendation for why this would occur. Saw a different DDS and got an answer and solved the problem. I have never been treated so impecuniously before. He came across like not carrying about me as a patient, or as a person. I would recommend any DDS over Dr. Burgess.

My son had surgery by another doctor and was having problems. The other doctor was out of town and Dr Burgess got us right in saw us and took care of the problems. He's great.
