Sorry I didn't have time to actually fill this one out, but since you asked.I can certainly verify that I was a customer there, because it was also while I was an employee. I can also prove it from the bills I still received from Innovate.The issues I was having were not helped in the way I was told. While some things helped.I mostly didn't appreciate the high cost associated with doing this treatment. Since I was an employee during this time, I was hoping to receive some sort of help in billing. I was completely wrong. Even after speaking with Paul. No help. Brand loyalty - out the window.I'm certainly glad I no longer work there, and also really wish I would have selected another PT provider for my treatment as I know there were cheaper options.I'll keep it 1 star, while I don't think there anything you'll do to help either.

I had a great deal of pain and limited motion in both shoulders and after just 8 weeks going twice a week I have almost full range of motion with minimal pain. These people know exactly what they're doing!
