My experience as an employee was horrible I was accepted into the pacu as a new nurse and told me they would give me the adequate training to be a successful nurse. On one of my shifts I stated I was Tired and my preceptor didn’t like my comment I was “randomly” drug tested the next day. Also left to deal with a machine pump I had never had training on with one of my patients and when I asked for help they refused to help me.. horrible

The billing at this hospital is criminally negligent. Refuses to give itemized bills. Threatens you will collections for asking for an itemized bill. Feds need to assume control of this "hospital".

Where to begin? I’ve heard and seen multiple knee surgery patients that are fighting infections and now receiving daily infusion.

ER staff don't listen and aren't caring. Icu staff are great. But I'll go to Norfolk from now on.

Welcoming atmosphere, the staff really made me feel comfortable during my mri. They really care how you are feeling through every step of your treatment. And I love how easy it is to access all of the information on any and all procedures using the website! I would definitely recommend this medical facility to anyone seeking treatment.

I feel like Emergency is a false advertisement when no matter how bad you are, you have to fill the paperwork first and then wait for 30 minutes to get someone to check on you. And the you have to pay a crazy amount of money for that bad service. I wish there was more options in town.

Second time ive came here for a procedure and they cannot make appointments and keep to that time. If u have a 9am appointment u better take the whole day off since u will be waiting for hours... why make appointments then cant keep to them. I had a 10h45 app and they called and made me come in at 9am since they said the appointment had been moved to 9h15... this is ridiculous. Worst hospital on waiting times
