Good Neighbor Community Health Center is so affordable and overall their staff are pleasant. Their services are limited in scope, and if one needs a specialist's help, you won't find it here. While overall my experiences have been positive over the years, I've had problems with being treated with disrespect by several staff during 2020, including Rigler, Harms, and front desk. Rigler was quite rude, which in past years he had not been, although he did drop the ball re: my asthma/breathing issues and didn't refer me to anyone else or give me a prescription, just a sample inhaler with no followup. Harms was never actually rude to me directly, he just disappeared without giving me a prescription and note for influenza B, so I had to come back the next day to get that. These same people have been pleasant at other times prior to 2020. Other doctors and nurses have always been great. The Hispanic doctors are great, the nurses are great, Amy Lyon is my primary, and I like her, but I can no longer schedule with her at this location, last I knew, and the front desk would not tell me how to schedule with her at her other location, which I've never been to and don't know its name even. Good Neighbor reception denied me covid 19 services, unless I wanted to wait a week to get in. I had to drive much further to get tested in another town. The front desk person did offer a doctor to call me so I could get authorized for testing, but no return call was made, as promised. I waited. Not impressed with deterioration of quality of front desk and reception service during the pandemic. At least for me, they became much ruder than before. Also, my relative cannot get the clinic to answer or return calls, to get an appointment. It's unfortunate that the most affordable clinic in town is basically a zero for my family at this time.

Not impressed with services, they only set appointments out a week ahead. I've called every day to try and get in, with their response being there full. I'm done enduring pain as this tooth needs to be pulled. Had 2 go to ER for antibiotics & pain medicine. Was told find a different dentist.
