Took no real time to listen, was rude and rolled her eyes at me disregarding my feelings, when trying to explain my previous visit with my oncologist. She assumed my recent medical diagnosis and also accused me for seeking pain medication. She told me very rudely get my story straight, because I have been having kidney pain prior weeks and suddenly felt appendix pain. That I wanted to get checked. And she she treated me like i was a nuisance just being there. I hope no one ever has to go through this ever.

Amy's bedside manner is a disgrace to her patients and their families. Poor diagnotistic skills, poor clinical judgement and inability to multi-task. Please avoid Amy and Crete Area Medical Center. Drive the extra 30miles to Lincoln, it is worth it, no need paying with your life or dignity to stay and get treated in Crete.
