The receptionist with the black eyeliner all over her face was rude. She wasn't welcoming at all and gave me a dirty look as soon as I walked in. Wasn't helpful at all and didn't even try to offer me a new appointment. If you want to get treated poorly this is the perfect place.

As a resident of the area, I am ever thankful we have the clinic, the drs, the ER, the visiting physicians, the other services the hospital offers, and the hospital. I have used all of them and have always been happy with them. Crete is a smallish town. Its so nice to have the competent, friendly, and caring staff and physicians we have.

The workers in the ER are super rude. Nurses only focus solely on Covid-19 testing even though you are showing symptoms of other illnesses and were exposed to another illness. Said they didn’t believe that i had bronchitis because it was something else but then after all tests came back negative proceeded to tell me they actually ran out of bronchitis tests because it had been so common in the area. crazy…kicked my friend out of the exam room and waiting room because they thought she had been exposed but didn’t proceed to test her for anything even with fear of exposure. Called the covid federal mandate a federal law that required for my friend to leave which is false information. disrespected my friend as well and did not give her a rhyme or reason until they kicked her out of the hospital due to fear of exposure. don’t recommend this healthcare facility.

This medical center serves as both local clinic and area hospital. They are currently (April/May 2022) undergoing expansion and updating. I have been a patient here for many years, and am very comfortable with my level of care - from regular doctor's visits to emergency care to physical therapy. Specialists can be a bit harder to schedule with, as they are generally only on-site specific days of the month, and travel in from Lincoln, but still available.

In 8 years of seeking medical advice we are nowhere near finding out the cause of health issues. We changed doctors in the office and now when that doctor is available and ours isn’t we have to wait until ours is available. We started refusing ER care because each time it wasn’t a heart issue and the bill was $20,000. I feel the only way to get relief is to change offices completely. When trying to do so the new office told us Crete was notorious for waiting 6 weeks to transfer medical records. 4/20 is the deadline to get everything completed or my medical card expires. 1 star is too much
