I have always been hard to numb, for any work being done. I was amazed at how quickly and professionally I was. The dentist was gentle, and caring. They were constantly ensuring I couldn't feel anything. Best dentist I have been to! They didn't draw out the operation I was having. They went in and got it done. So very satisfied with the whole visit!

Today I realized that I’ve been on my Invisalign journey for just about 50 weeks now and I almost can’t believe it!!! My bottom teeth will be pretty well complete within the next few aligners and probably another year for my top teeth. I’ve felt them moving, I can feel the large gaps from where my teeth have moved from, and I can feel the evenness of my bottom teeth. But today was the first day I really looked at my bottom teeth and I’m just blown away! I don’t know when my teeth really got so messed up but I’ve been self conscious about them for several years now. A dentist once told me that “if I was going to be in the medical profession I really needed to get my teeth fixed so I would be more appealing to my patients” and that was a pretty crushing moment. So much so that I didn’t go to the dentist for quite a long time. Insert Wendi, Family 1st Dental of Fremont & Staff & Dr. Beth who changed the whole game for me. They’re amazing and kind and fun to be around. I never thought I’d be at the dentist so much in my life 😅 I’m thankful that Dr. Beth took my mouth on as an Invisalign case when I probably should’ve been a full orthodontic case and I’m thankful Dr. Desamero continues to care for my teeth and my overall health as the new Family 1st Dentist! Dr. Desamero took me seriously when my mouth broke out into 10 different sores back in August when I was so sick with whatever, and found the right treatment to heal my mouth up!I guess what I’m trying to say is that I can’t believe my teeth have come this far & im so thankful for Family 1st Dental of Fremont and everybody who works there for taking care of not only my mouth, but me as a whole person!

Never the same dentist. Missed a cavity on my 15 year old so she ended up needing a root canal. Rude staff. Got sent to collections on a bill I was paying on. Horrible, find another place to go!!

The best dental checkup and cleaning I've had (and I'm 55).  My teeth got thoroughly cleaned- through water treatment and manual cleaning , photos taking of my teeth, x-rays and a flouride treatment.  I was checked for TMJ and my neck was checked by Dr. Desameto to make sure no other problems( I've never had a dentist do this- even when I complained about jaw pain). My questions were answered verbally and by looking at x-rays and pictures. Hygienist and Dr. Desameto were very gentle and thorough. It never felt like they were hurrying to get to the next patient. You are their priority. I wasn't pressured into any follow up dental care and I was asked if I wanted to schedule the next appointment. The staff from the minute you walk in the door until you are walking out are very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this office and was very impressed with my dental experience, Dr. Desameto and her staff.

I can't say enough about how much I like this office. Everyone is amazing! The hygienist is wonderful and always provides helpful tips. The dentist in this office is incredibly thorough and takes the time to answer every question. The last time I visited she wasn't familiar with the brand of toothpaste I was asking her about, so she took the time to look up the ingredients and give me her professional opinion. I couldn't be happier at this office!!!

Everyone is super nice and Dr. Kampschnieder did a great job on my filling I had done today! I would definitely recommend.

Been happy with the services here for many years. Dr. Beth is continuing the quality service along with the staff established by Dr. Coke.

Wish every patient was valued the same and not just by their insurance! When I called Noel answered the phone. I asked if they accept Medicaid. She said they are not taking adult Medicaid at the moment. I informed her I was calling for my child. She seemed bothered to set up a new patient appointment and steered me away by stating scheduling was out til sometime in January. I didn't call for a emergency appointment but to establish care for me 3yr old. Simply excused myself for bothering her. Hopes she has a better day.

The work I was scheduled to have done was cancelled after my arrival due to a cold sore in the infectious stage. The staff was extremely kind and considerate. They took the scheduled time to discuss treatment options. I would definitely recommend the practice to others! Thank you!
