Work here it’s a joke they do zero training and are not prepared for critical patient don’t go to this hospital go to York or aurora for pt care

I personally will never go to this hospital for any kind of care again! I have some digestive problems that at times can attack me with no warning and make me very ill. They did nothing to help me .... what they did do made the situation worse!! Them this young lil girl, guessing she was the PA on duty, Syosset there asking me "what do you want me to do for you, I'm not just going to sedate you", like I'm a drug seeker! When a person comes in on that much pain With a white blood count as high as mine was, being sedated would've done me not a bit of good!!!!

They actually refused to have me get seen in the er. Made me drive to a different hospital.

Went to the ER today and they did absolutely for me besides gave me an oral steroid which I may add didn't help anything. Not happy at all very sore and swollen in my hands and arms still and it's been like 5 hours!

Doc appt at 11. Arrive 1045. Nurse takes blood and usual stuff BP and all that. Sit in room for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Doc come in. Spends 3 minutes and the appointment is over. Complete waste of fn time. Terrible. Yes this has happened more then 1 time.

The Doctor's here are Top Notch that you may be fortunate enough to find in a BIG CITY Hospital. I Highly Recommend Dr Stoner for Any Orthopaedic issues and care.
