Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I went to Jeff and Ryann at Athletico in Gretna 10 weeks post lumbar spinal fusion surgery. I was needing help loosening my tightened knees and hip flexors from my many weeks of inactivity. I was also having some lingering nerve pain as I began to heal. Both Jeff and Ryann were great to work with and came up with exercises and stretches I could do to help me get loosened up so I could get back to many of the workout classes I like to do. I am feeling so much better physically and mentally! I am somewhat sad that I am done with PT and I won’t see them anymore. I would come back again to them if needed in the future.Thank you!

I had two months of physical therapy after hip replacement. I was excited to get physical therapy and was disappointed by the professional and personal help I received from Ryan and Jeff at Athletico! Their positive instructions and their helpful explanations made my two month's experience of strengthening and healing so helpful and encouraging! My frustration at not recovering as quickly as I thought I should was removed as both Ryan and Jeff helped me to understand what my muscles were doing (and not doing) and what I needed to do to get back to full strength and normal mobility! I could tell the improvement I made week after week of receiving their help! Both Ryan and Jeff are wonderful people to talk to and make your visits enjoyable. They listen and ask helpful questions and are always greatly concerned for where you are at in your recovery. I can totally recommend Ryan and Jeff to you! Thanks for all your help and service!

I chose Athletico - Gretna because it was close to my office, and I'm so glad I did. Ryann and Jeff were both great to work with, especially for a first-time physical therapy patient. I could see improvement each week, and after four weeks of therapy, my calf was back to normal with zero pain. Thanks!

Great facility. Everyone truly cares about you personally and during the recovery process. No one appointment ever was less in care mentally or physically. Would recommend this location to anyone.

I just finished my PT sessions for double (partial) knee replacement. I have to say that I enjoyed going so much, I’m a bit sad I have finished! Betty set the tone when I called to set up my first appointment after surgery. She was very kind, helpful, and personable. Jeff was my main therapist and was fantastic to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, and had a great progressive plan in place for me. He is easy going, and encourages you along the way. He always took the time to throughly address any questions/concerns I had, and made sure that I was comfortable knowing what to do as I continue on my own. I also had Ryan for one of my sessions, and the transition was seamless. I loved working with her as well. I feel like I made tremendous progress in my time there, and would not hesitate to go there for any further PT needs.

After 6 weeks of back therapy at the gretna location, Ryan and Jeff did a fulfilment therapy on me, I would recommend others needing therapy help to there location, and the secretary Betty was awesome too.

Ryan and Jeff were great in helping me with my rehabilitation process after major shoulder surgery last July. I was released from PT by my doctor in the last two weeks. My range of motion and strength from the treatment provided at Athletico has put in a position of confidence that I can now move forward with complete understanding of what I need to do at home to complete my final stages of recovery. Great team to work with I always felt safe and confident that I was in the best of hands. Betty in admin and the front desk position always was very professional and friendly. Absolutely amazing experience. I tore my calf muscle and barely hobbled in just leaving my crutches behind. 40 mins later after some deep tissue massaging and ultrasonic treatments, I walked out with a significantly better stride. A week later, I was almost back to normal and a few treatments after that I am running and jumping again. Ryann was very informative about the areas she was treating and what I could do going forward to avoid repeating the injury. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get the most value out of physical therapy and get back to normal as soon as possible.

Meggan has been great and have been helping me with my physical therapy needs. Front office staff, Kelly and Bryan, are super friendly. Very kind and caring people, clean facility.
