Overall the best place I've worked at. The residents here are absolutely amazing and the staff is very caring and goes above and beyond. :)

My father was at Silver Ridge and was so happy with his care. The nurses really liked him, and there was not a day that I did not get updated by one or more of them. His pain from cancer was a great concern to us and the hospice team worked hard with him and the family to make sure his pain was under control. COVID is a pandemic that is out of everyone's control, sad that we could not see him in person. We were able to visit him through the window, and talk to him, and at times, Face Time with him- thanks to the nurses. The hospice team had the soldiers come and salute him to honor his time in World War II. That was an amazing ceremony and he said that was the best thing he has seen in a long time. The Hospice team did that for him. They were amazing. The Chaplin did his service at the National Cemetery after he passed which was an incredible tribute to him. That's what he deserved Good care, and to be honored for the great man that he was. Thank you Silver Ridge! Mike Bruce

Silver Ridge is a poorly managed run down facility. Profit is their only concern. Residents are not kept clean, comfortable, or well fed. The staff is extremely rude. Family is not allowed to visit for fear of Covid. The staff however spread it to the residents resulting in suffering and death. This awful place deserves less than one star.

I have so enjoyed working at Hillcrest Silver Ridge. If you want a good job to make a difference in seniors' lives, this is the place to work. It has been a blessing to work here making friends with both the seniors and co-workers. Everyday we have a good belly laugh or two. I like being part of a team that gives quality care for all. There are a lot of advantages working for Hillcrest. It's a great place with good people.

I highly recommend Silver Ridge Assisted Living Center. My frequent visits and conversations indicated my father received excellent care from an exemplary staff in the extreme circumstances presented by the pandemic. My father believed he was well cared for. He enjoyed the opportunity to meet people and win at Bingo. Silver Ridge even arranged for soldiers from the local military base to visit my father, a World War II veteran. As my father’s health deteriorated, the hospice team closely monitored him for his advanced cancer. I know that he received the best possible care from a well-run, top-notch assisted living center that kept us well-informed of his condition and concerns.-- Tom Bruce

Silver Ridge Memory Care Facility was a blessing for our family. From the time of admission to the final days of our loved one, we had a facility and staff who were nothing short of amazing. The devotion of the staff was truly heart warming.

I've worked here, and about to go back. The relationships built between staff and residents is amazing! I can't wait to be back!!

Lisa and her staff do a great service for their residents. SilverRidge is locally, family owned which provides a much different environment than many other assisted living communities. I know Lisa very well, she cares deeply for the residents that reside there. Their room rates are affordable and you get all of the amenities needed to live a fulfilling, active lifestyle. I take clients of mine to Lisa because I know they will be happy and get great service while living at SilverRidge!

My father passed away several years ago in Wisconsin, knowing we had to move my Mother to Omaha NE we looked at numerous places to provide a safe clean well staffed and organized Assited living facility. When we toured SilverRidge with Lisa we knew this was the place for her. Now after more than a year of residing there we are as pleased as we were when we moved Mom in. SilverRidge has a great staff of people and her level of care is oiutstanding. The care that is provided is excellent from house keeping to laundry to assistance with showers and wonderful full activity weekly scheduled events to help keep her occupied with fun things to do. My wife and I have scheduled Lunch and Dinner with Mom on numerous occassions and we have been very pleased with the selection and quality of food for every meal. There has never been a time when Mom has needed something that the staff has not quickly efficently taken care of her request. We are so pleased and relieved that we have Mom placed in such a wonderful placeThank you SilverRidge for caringErie Safford
