They are a great bunch of people that work well together in your best interest. Friendly, professional, caring and very knowledgeable! Truly a painfree experience!

Everyone in this office is great and very friendly. My Dental Hygienist does a great job and is very careful with my x-rays. It can be a problem getting them with the extremely large Torri I have. She does a great job to limit the pain and time it takes to get the pictures needed. Dr. Jay Bernecker does a great job, he is very thorough with is work and explanations. The front office staff (Patti) is very accommodating with changes to an appointment and get me in as soon as it can be scheduled. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Had a different hygienist this time. Dana was very thorough and professional. I definitely recommend Family 1st Dental, Hartington!!!

My family loves Family 1st Dental in Hartington. The friendly staff and professional work they do makes going to the dentist a very enjoyable experience! My kids look forward to their appointments and can't wait to see Dr. Jay! So fortunate to have such quality care right here in Hartington. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Quick, easy to work with, and willing to work around my schedule. I've really enjoyed working with all the people at Family 1st. They did a crown for me last summer and have done a great job with me teeth cleaning.
