Dr. Jackson makes coming for an eye exam an actual pleasure. She bursts into the room and greets you like you’re her best friend. She jokes and chats throughout the exam and somehow makes you feel like you’re the only patient that day. She’s also just a really good doctor who explains things well and listens to you. She is a miracle. I say this as a nurse who has worked with a lot of doctors. Don’t go to Dr. Jackson. I’d like to be able to continue to get appointments with her!

Dr. Jackson was so wonderful! My 9 year old had been struggling reading so we went to see Dr. Jackson. She was so gentle and patient with her. She explained everything she was doing and it was a great experience. My daughter needed glasses so we found a few pairs to take home and try on. Will be going back with my younger daughter. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jackson!

I actually look forward to going to eye care due to the thorough, professional and friendly attitude of the staff and eye care doctors. My doctor explained changes for my eyes. She showed me the photos and how the plan of treatment would address the issues. Also, they have several locations in the Omaha area and it’s apparent they have a strong practice. Having moved recently, it was great to know that they reached out to my previous provider and knew my eye health history.

Dr. Jackson is absolutely incredible. She is so friendly, kind and hilarious. We just laugh and talk during the whole appointment. She’s very knowledgeable and experienced. She will patiently explain things to you in a way that is easy to understand. She takes her time and doesn’t rush. She will happily answer all questions. I won’t see anyone else!
