I went in for my first post op visit and did not even see Bott my surgeon, who was standing outside my room when I came out. Was told by PA that she needed to move on so she couldn’t fit my brace, but did have someone finally come in and fit it (who did a great job). Initially when she came in she thought I had an ACL but was a meniscus repair. Just not a great visit. Felt very rushed. Five days after surgery I had my first scheduled PT visit but NE Ortho had failed to fax the protocol over to them so it was a wasted visit. And two days later at the appointment they still had failed to send it to them so they printed it off and gave to me who now has to remember to take it to my next PT appointment and carry it while I am on crutches as I am six weeks non weight bearing. I just feel very disappointed in the overall experience with this major surgery.

I have been going to Dr. Bott for 2015, after I broke my foot. He has great bedside manners. I have referred my friends and family to him.

Dr. Bott spent time with our son discussing the surgery and what he did exactly. He is friendly and has a genuine care for his patient.

Got in fast at my appt time. Gave detailed explanation of surgery pictures and explained activity acceptable post op.

This was my first appointment with DR Bott. Very friendly explained what he thought he could do for my shoulder and the options I had. I can’t wait for a new shoulder and excited to have him do the surgery. Let’s go!

Dr. Bott always carries himself in a professional manner with the right amount of humor to make you feel comfortable. I genuinely feel like I am his only patient when he is spending time answering questions and explaining things.

Aaron introduced himself by his first name. Which was refreshing. Strong communication skills. Pleasant visiting with. Spent time with us answering all our questions. Didn't rush my appointment. All staff were easy to visit with. Seemed genuinely interested in my status.
