Some nurses are really sweet and kind, my daughters doctor is really amazing.That aside every single time you try to call expect the longest hold time. If you decide to leave a message don't expect a call back for at least a day maybe 2. I am honestly so frustrated with the care I've gotten from referrals that don't call and numbers given that don't work. It's no wonder they cycle through employees

This review is for the performance of their website, which has awful human-computer interaction. When going through the process of paying online, if your card error's out, the website will give you a message of "Bill Pay Error: sorry, there was a problem processing your card" and that's where it stops. There is no clear message on *what* the error is. So a user isn't even given a chance to trouble shoot the problem. My bank account is perfectly fine, I'm writing down my credit card information digit-by-digit as I look at the card, so what's the error? It's 2022, please don't give vague error messages.
