I normally Do not leave bad reviews, however bejng a patient/acompanying family should Not have to wait up to 2 hours for a scheduled appt. or a Dr.
Professionals that know their job!
visited Dr. Chruscicki on July 25, 2019. Found wait time to be minimal. He was warm and attentive, answered all of my questions and upon leaving, asked if I understood everything that had taken place. He did a proper diagnosis of my problem, made an appointment with another doctor, and I intend to see him on a regular bases. Fine job!!
Dr. C is the best. Have been seeing him since Oct. 2018 for a macular concern. Appreciate his conservative approach, professionalism and friendliness.
Long wait, Retinal treatment more painful than my previous provider. Not open to feedback. Felt like it was perfunctory.
My only complaint is the wait time. Last week I waited over an hour before I talked to his assistant, another hour to take pictures of my eye, and 40 minutes in exam rm. before I saw Dr. Chruscicki. This was only for a checkup. My appointment was at 1:00, I finished at 4:00. While waiting in the main lobby, I heard another patient check in for a 1:00 with Dr. Chruscicki. Double booking? His assist. told me he saw 50 patients that day. Previous appt. started at 1:00 & ended at 3:30.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
