Dr. Patera genuinely listens to and cares for her patients holistically. Any question I have she answers to my full understanding. I never feel like I am being rushed during a visit. She is excellent and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Patera was my Doctor for 7 years. When I first started going to her she was and still is very kind, considerate and has a great sense of humor. However, as the years went by and her clients grew she spent less time with me and seemed rushed to get through treatments. She also didn't tell me that I would be called back in 3 or 6 months for follow-ups. Instead I had a call from the front office telling me I had to be seen for a follow-up for blood work or something else. She also started not explaining things thoroughly. These were all negative changes over the years. I would recommend her especially to women. However, be prepared to ask questions.

Dr. Patera listened to my concerns and addressed each of them. She seemed to genuinely care about my condition. She is very kind and takes time to make sure you understand treatment options.
