Exstrom Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I've been a patient at quite a few therapy centers in Lincoln since 1970, and Exstrom Physical Therapy is by far the best in every way. They fixed my back problem faster and taught me more about preventing recurrence than any of the others have, and now are doing the same for my shoulders. They've also addressed my need for improved balance and are helping me increase my stamina. (I'm 78 and doing all I can to get over post-covid problems.) ALL of the therapy staff are highly trained, excellent therapists who know how, when, and why to use massage, e-stim, hands-on stretching, and exercise. They listen attentively, which makes them much better at providing the exact help patients need, and they are outgoing and build good relationships with patients, too. Unlike all of the other therapy centers I've used, even if a patient is able to independently stretch or exercise correctly, Exstrom therapists do not just walk away and leave us to it -- they observe and monitor and are quick to answer questions, advise, and correct as needed. When my shoulder therapy is done, I'm going to take advantage of their Wellness Program for patients after therapy, which for a small fee gives access to their equipment. This will help me maintain my physical health and keep increasing strength and stamina in an environment which I know is safe, because the staff keeps an eye on the Wellness folks, too. I didn’t have to workout to get an endorphin boost at Exstrom. It started when I walked in the door. The employees there created a friendly, caring, and motivating atmosphere conducive to healing. My physical therapist was Andy Miner, a fount of knowledge for all aspects of physical therapy. He created an individualized plan that restored my physical health and improved my quality of life. I feel that my life is now back on track!

I’ve been coming to Exstom for various rehabs of arm, shoulder, knee for 22 + years. I have always had staff that were strong for me when I wasn’t and cared enough to get me through my goals. I really appreciate these folks !! 🙏 Kevin C.

Andy has helped me with several knee surgeries and never fails to get me back to feeling 100%. The whole staff was welcoming as well. I definitely recommend Exstrom physical therapy!!

Started going to Exstrom PT for a nagging and recurring back injury and couldn’t be more pleased. Worked with Andy who has a wealth of knowledge of stretches, exercises and tips. Staff was friendly and accommodating getting me seen on such short notice.

Denise and her staff took great care of me! Everyone in the office was so professional and made me feel welcome from the very first day I came in. I looked forward to all of my PT sessions. If I ever need PT again, she’ll be the person I call. No doubt about it!!

Took my mom here today was her first time with the female doctor works here can’t remember her name, but she was absolutely amazing very kind and friendly. She knew what she was talking about very good information and education provided to my mom. I highly recommend her. I loved how she was caring for her patient unlike some other doctors spend a minute with u and rush through everything. Again she was very experienced and smart! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Tom Harmon at Exstrom PT is awesome. He takes the time to really understand his patients' physical health issues, and comes up with a treatment regimen that will get them back to functioning as well as they possibly can. Practically our whole family has seen him at one time or another.
