The people on the phones are the most incompetent people I have ever met. You wait on hold forever so after 30 min I decide to just leave a voice mail and when they returned my call they just said hello with a long pause I almost hung up. Most awkward conversation she sounds so scared to be on the phone talking to people. Then told me I couldn’t come in because of “Covid symptoms” (which is understandable) so someone else would call. Didn't tell me when or who didn’t ask anymore information and just hung up. I like going here since my doctor is very nice and accommodating but everyone else I interact with just looks/sounds like they hate their job.

Overall it's a wonderful place to visit but I don't think I would want to live there LOL just a little humor I just really really love my doctor nurses are great staff is great building is clean weight is never long you guys are doing a good job keep up the good work I know that it's hard especially doing these times and I'm so grateful to you all that you always put your best foot forward thank you
