Awful Doctor!!! Do NOT go see him or request to see someone else if he is assigned to you at an urgent care. My husband saw him a few months ago for severe back pain. He told him that he was a healthy 28 year old and to not worry about it. Fast forward a few months and my husband went back to the same urgent care for back pain and what is now a small lump on his back. He told him he has good blood pressure, had a healthy weight, and were young so he shouldn't worry about it. Dr. Hong Cui told him he was overreacting and should see a THERAPIST because of his anxiety because he was worried about a new lump on his back. Ridiculous. Refused to order blood tests for my husband either when he requested them.

This Dr was rude and dismissive. Didn't listen to my concerns. Even though I'd had a fever and flu symptoms for 3 or 4 days, just kept telling me "you're fine, you'll be okay" without actually offering any diagnosis or advice on how to get better. Complete waste of time.

Dr Cui did not chart things accurately on H&P. He wrote things on there that he did not do, plus other things he wrote about my symptoms which were correct. He told me that he did not know what was wrong with me. He said to follow up with my MD and to drink. Very disappointed! He could miss something serious by just writing he did something that he did not do. He would not listen to when I was explaining my symptoms. Will not be seeing him again!

Does not listen to patient, nods head and says uh-huh. Speaks to patient at 5th grade English, when asked question, repeats same answer except this time at 3rd grade English. Perhaps this is from the facility that he works in that have quite a few bi-lingual patents. If you expect quality, go somewhere else. If you need a exam or have routine issues, Dr Cui is fair at best
