Dr Gallentine treated me with nothing but respect. He was forthright with a diagnosis (or lack of one as of yet). He was honest with me about me needing to lose weight before he would do surgery on me. I really respect a doctor who can be honest without being mean or cruel. Also, one that doesn't need to "beat around the bush."

Dr. Gallentine is extremely knowledgeable. He has an excellent bedside manner. Listened well, was empathetic, and though he did not help directly with my concern, he ruled out my mother’s knee as the problem and he had recommendations on other avenues for treatment.

James exceeds expectations. He is both knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. When I am in his office, it feels as if I have known him for many years. He explains exactly what is going on medically and options to sort things out.

Dr. Gallentine is an exceptional surgeon!! He has performed two hip replacement and bi- lateral knee replacement surgeries on me. He and his staff are professional, courteous , highly skilled medical health care providers . I highly recommend him for anyone’s orthopedic surgical needs. Thank you Dr. Gallentine and staff.

The P.A. called last week, and when I told him I was still having some pain, they got me in to see Dr. Gallentine five days later. They wanted to make sure nothing was amiss, so they had me get blood work the day before the appointment and they took x-rays at the appointment. Dr. Gallentine was then able to refer to both of these, as well as checking my range of movement and asking some questions about my progress. By the time I left, I felt comfortable with Dr. Gallentine's reassurance that I was progressing satisfactorily albeit slowly. He plans to have me come in again in two months for him to check on me. I feel very confident in the care I am receiving.
