I have been seeing Dr. Pierce for years. He abs the staff have always been very kind and helpful. I am thankful for their care and adherence to COVID-19 safety protocol.

Wonderful dr

Dr. Pierce is awesome. But the management and reception is aweful. Even though they say they are open you get message saying they aren't. They'll discontinue you as a patient for late payment without telling you they're rude when they talk to you. They WILL NOT return return messages when you call. Terrible management. I had put up with them bc of Dr Peirce.

I went their for my concussion. She couldn’t make up her mind on what course I was suppose to take. I meet with the physician’s assistant. At first she said that I shouldn’t go to school at all. And that is would take months to recover since I hit my head hard enough to break my jaw. Then turned around two weeks later and said that I needed to go to school with loud kids three times a week. She seemed short tempered with me and I felt like she wasn’t listening to me. I tried telling her that my symptoms her getting worse. She didn’t even let me explain and brushed it off like it was nothing and told me that it was normal. They always make me feel rushed when I’m there.

I have been a patients of Dr. Pierce for over 10 years, he is always caring, understanding and down to earth, he even remembers things about me which would not be in my file. Great Doctor that I trust.

Dr. Pierce and staff are amazing. He was my primary physician since I was a child, and they always give their all to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and confident knowing when you leave things will get better!

Dr. Pierce really takes his time and listens to his patients. Last year I continuously had fevers every month and couldn't figure out why. After one visit, Dr. Pierce ran a lab that found o had strep in my system prior, put me on an antibiotic, and I completely fixed the problem. He saved me from possible further damage to my body from strep. Very glad I have him as a physician!

Great doctor. Takes time to talk to his patients. You don't get the feeling you're being rushed through which I really appreciate. You may be a little late getting in to your appointment at times but I don't mind because I know he is treating other patients the way he treats me. He's great. Highly recommended.

Discontinued our care because of a pass due medical that was eventually paid in full. Poor customer service!

I rate this place 1 star based on the nurses they are extremely rude and have no customer service at all. You feel like You are just bothering them when you want to book and appointment. If you hate people so much then you shouldn't be a nurse. I've been going to this doctor office since I was a child but I will be looking for a new doctor all because of those nurses.
